If there is but one word of advice I could give to you. It would be this. Layers. In the winter, wear layers of wool. A layer of wool next to your skin is the key to survival in extreme conditions. When wool gets wet, provided there is heat at the core (your body), tubular wool fibers will drive moisture away through natures miracles of wicking and capillary action. So if you want to feel good, look good and survive too, we recommend layers upon layers of wool, be they sheep, lamb, alpaca or the soft wool of the cashmere (kashmir) goat.
